ABOUT

Meet Mizana

Facilitator. Guide. Witness.

Holding space for your return to you.

There was a time when my own nervous system was in a constant state of alarm — running, doing, producing, surviving. On the outside, everything looked fine. On the inside, I was exhausted in a way that sleep couldn't fix.

Why The Womb Exists

The Womb was born from a question I couldn't stop asking: What would it feel like to stop running?

Not stopping because I was broken. Not stopping because someone told me to. But stopping because my body deserved it — because rest is not a reward for productivity. Rest is a birthright.

I created In My Mother's Womb because I wanted a space — not clinical, not corporate, not demanding — where women of culture could come and simply be. A place where the nervous system could finally exhale. Where meditation met storytelling. Where science met spirit. Where healing didn't require performing.

Every meditation, every AromaStory, every hypno-induction — they are invitations. Invitations to soften. To listen inward. To remember that you have always known how to heal. You just needed a safe place to begin.

My Philosophy

I believe the body holds wisdom that the mind hasn't caught up to yet. I believe that when we create safety in the nervous system, everything else — clarity, peace, creativity, connection — becomes possible.

My work lives at the intersection of science and spirit. It's grounded in nervous system regulation, enriched by ancestral knowing, and delivered with the gentleness that so many of us never received.

I don't fix people. I hold space for people to remember themselves.

"At The Womb, we believe in nurturing the body, mind, spirit, and heart through holistic and spiritual practices that restore balance and invite peace. Our sacred space is designed to cradle you in healing energy, much like a mother’s embrace, as you reconnect with your inner self and the rhythms of life."
